Calling all trivia buffs!  It's back! CREW Charlotte will be hosting its second trivia tournament. You will be able to create your own team of up to 6 people, join a team as an individual or just attend the event and network.  Come test your knowledge of Charlotte and CRE while networking with the best and brightest in the industry! Don't feel like playing trivia, not a problem, we will have plenty of space for those who just want to network. 100% of the net proceeds will be donated to scholarships for students in fields of CRE. Katie Grissom, Managing Director, Asana Partners will join us to discuss the evolving retail landscape: from macroeconomic conditions to the evolution of the omnichannel, plus site selection, supply chain, ESG, and everything in between. About Katie Katie has overall responsibility for leasing, national tenant relationship management, and marketing at the firm. She serves on the Executive Committee and Investment Committee. Katie has ten years of commercial real estate experience in leasing, marketing, franchise development, retailer relations, and operations. Prior to joining Asana Partners in 2016, Katie was the Director of Franchise Consulting at Pure Barre (L Catterton) where she was responsible driving studio-level financial performance and increasing same store sales. Her role included leading operations and consulting across the company’s 450 store portfolio. Katie actively supports micro-lending organizations in the Charlotte area. Join us for an interactive discussion with Jennifer Ellis Rosa, (joining us virtually), Gensler's Inclusive Design Champion for the Northeast, as we review the 8 goals of inclusive design and how to create equitable, engaging, and inspiring experiences for ALL people—including but not limited to accessibility.  Jennifer’s experience in design, client engagement, workplace strategy and project leadership, supports clients from a wide range of industries throughout the Northeast. She is the perfect complement of design and strategy and supports the firm’s inclusive design specialty across the northeast region. Her highly collaborative process engages the client team to better understand their specific culture, spatial requirements, and project vision. She develops real estate strategies, workplace programs, change management plans, layouts, and universal design strategies that are uniquely informed by client engagement, peer benchmarking, and research data.
