As COO, Lee Anne develops and implements business strategies, systems, plans and procedures and helps establish comprehensive goals for growth and success. She participates in the establishment of policies and procedures that promote the company’s concerted commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion. In addition to speaking at women’s leadership events, Lee Anne currently serve on the Board of Directors for the Raleigh Chamber of Commerce and Triangle Commercial Real Estate Women (TCREW) as well as on the strategic planning task force for Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU) and the fundraising committee for A Place at the Table, a pay-what-you-can cafe in downtown Raleigh. Most recently, she was recognized as a dynamic and outstanding leader in business by Triangle Business Journal’s 2020 Women in Business Awards and she received the TCREW Impact Award in 2022.
