April 2023 Luncheon – Turning Greenways into Green $$ as an Amenity

Byron's 101 W. Worthington Street, Charlotte, United States

2023 is North Carolina’s “Year of the Trail”! Our CREW Charlotte April meeting is looking at this from a developer and amenities perspective. Trails and greenways are the #1 most requested amenity in Charlotte and Mecklenburg County, and have a similarly high profile around the US.  The Carolina Thread Trail is building a 1,600 mile network of trails in our region and developers like Colliers are capitalizing on this.   Join us to hear from this engaging panel of Bart Landess of the Catawba Lands Conservancy and Carolina Thread Trail, Kim Kendall of Colliers, and Alice Benner and Todd Spitzer from Bamboo Equity Partners. They will be updating us on the progress of the trails, greenways and a featured development. Creekside @ The Greenway is taking advantage of McAlpine Creek Greenway adjacency while prioritizing health and personal comfort, in a creative work-play community.     Byron's 11:15 a.m. - Networking 11:45 a.m. - Luncheon Meeting $55 Members/$80 Guests     Thank You to Our April Luncheon Sponsors
