Effective January 1, 2014, Denise Dexter will serve as Senior Vice President, Director of Operations for Lincoln Harris. This newly-created position will focus on overseeing our various third party management services outside of the Bank of America, SunTrust and CHS accounts. As a part of her new role, Denise joins the Lincoln Harris Operating Committee with other senior leaders of the firm.

The QCIP initiative asked owners and tenants of Charlotte properties to illuminate their buildings with pink lighting, temporary pink fountain dye or other displays of pink including window ribbon decals, banners and flags. These efforts show support for the community’s survivors of breast cancer and honor those who have been affected by or lost their lives to the disease.
Women may still be under-represented in the commercial real estate industry, but as a group, members of CREW Network are clearly making their mark. Twenty-eight members were recently showcased in Real Estate Forum magazine’s 2013 “Women of Influence” issue. The July/August special issue, with expanded coverage and individual profiles, marked the 20th anniversary of the annual report, which was started in 1993.
On October 2, 2013, Harris Corners Corporate Park partnered with CREW Charlotte’s Queen City in Pink initiative to raise breast cancer awareness. The Pink Lady Fire Truck joined us as we handed out pink glazed donuts, pink lapel pins, mints, and information. The event was very meaningful to our Tenants as we celebrated survivors and reflected on those in memory.
(October 14, 2013) The third annual ATHENA Leadership Awards Program of Charlotte awarded CREW Charlotte member, Nancy Olah, of Parker Poe, with the 2013 Leadership Award on October 3, 2013 at the Charlotte County Club.
Olah was selected for having achieved the highest level of professional excellence, contributing her time and energy to improving the quality of life for others in the Charlotte community, and for her active assistance in help others realize their full leadership potential.
