Senior Property Manager
Established Property Management group is seeking a Senior Property Manager. The Sr. Property Manager should have 5+ years of commercial and/or retail property management experience as well as their NC/SC Real Estate Licenses. This role will be supporting a portfolio of office and retail spaces around the Charlotte area.
Responsibilities Include:
Prepare annual budget for each property including year-end reconciliations.
Work closely with tenants to resolve any potential issues and maintain tenant satisfaction.
Bid, manage and track all vendor contracts between separate ownership groups and ensure all requirements are met.
Assist with the selection of external vendors for the assigned project and maintain positive relationships with the vendors.
Annually meet or exceed budgeted NOI for each specific property budget.
Responsible for evaluation and administration of all building maintenance service contracts continually looking for areas for enhanced service while maintaining budget.
Requirements Include:
Bachelor’s Degree and minimum of 5‐7 years property management work experience.
North Carolina and South Carolina Real Estate licenses required.
Experience utilizing Yardi Voyager required
Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook skills.
Ability to adapt quickly and learn new software.
Strong organization abilities and attention to detail.
