Before Hours – Virtual Tour of Ally Charlotte Center

Zoom

Want to get an inside-view of one of Charlotte’s newest high-rise buildings? Join us for a virtual tour of Ally Charlotte Center developed by Crescent Communities, a 750,000 square foot office building with approximately 30,000 square feet of ground-level retail, a 12,000 square foot public plaza and a 1,400 space parking garage.   The 26-story tower will provide anchor tenant Ally Financial with a modern and collaborative work environment. Ally Charlotte Center is Wired Certified Platinum and pursuing LEED and WELL certifications. Project highlights will include a behind the scenes look of the adjacent JW Marriott, a 22-story 380-key hotel developed by White Lodging with 24-hour fitness center, roof top lounge and pool, Spa by JW, and authentic restaurant dining options.   In this virtual tour event, you’ll learn about Ally Charlotte Center’s features, and hear from team members who made the project possible. It will offer a holistic perspective of the design and construction process and offer insights into what it takes to create a building that integrates with its surrounding environment to positively impact the broader community.
