Attendees will hear directly from the Crescent team on the River District Masterplan, including the current status of residential and commercial development and what's ahead, along with the amenity vision that ties it all together. After a quick presentation, guests will head out for a tour of the community with stops including Pete with the Big Feet, the new trail system, NOVEL River District apartments, model homes, and the beloved Pete the Troll. Depending on timing and availability, the tour may also include a look inside the newly delivered Forge building. Coffee and pastries will be provided.
