• February 2026 Lunch Ladder: “Early Due Diligence” with Terracon Consultants (Members Only)

Terracon 2701 Westport Rd,, Charlotte, NC

Early due diligence can make or break a project—but key decisions often need to be made long before anyone sets foot on site. Soil conditions, wetlands, endangered species, cultural resources, and other hidden constraints can derail a deal late in the game. Terracon’s Stage 1 assessments and Pivvot technology give you fast, data‑driven site intelligence that goes far beyond a standard desktop review. By identifying risks early, you and your project team can move forward with confidence, reduce costly surprises, and accelerate timelines. In this session, we’ll show how these tools streamline environmental permitting and the due diligence process—helping you protect your projects, your budget, and your schedule.   Price:  Terracon is generously providing lunch for you. Location: Terracon's Office     Thank You to Our Sponsor
