She is currently the McColl School of Business MBA Director and Professor of Management & Organizational Behavior at Queens University of Charlotte. Alongside Dawn’s academic roles, she is the Director of CREW Women’s Authentic Leadership Program, Charlotte’s premiere women’s leadership program.
