Haley Gentry, Acting Aviation Director at CLT, will lead us in a discussion of all things CLT, including how the facility has fared during the COVID-19 pandemic, the impact on ridership as personal and business travel declined, capital improvement projects shaping the facility, and what’s next on the horizon for the crown jewel of the Queen City.
