We are pleased to have the Crescent Communities River District team and their partner, Catawba Lands Conservancy, for our August Luncheon program. Fran will share all of the positive momentum and latest announcements for their very exciting development, “The River District”. A refreshing alternative to the traditional, single-use suburban model, this 1,400-acre sustainable, master-planned community integrates the primary components of urban life — a connected network of homes, retail shops, restaurants, office buildings, schools and public spaces — all with the allure of parks, trails, forests, the Catawba River and wide-open spaces. Designed to connect city living to outdoor experiences, The River District is a place like no other. We have all seen the recent media announcements. Come hear the latest and greatest live!   **MYERS PARK COUNTRY CLUB** NEW LOCATION As you may know, Byron's is no longer an event space. CREW Charlotte will be trying three different venues over the coming months to decide which location will be our "home" in 2024. Please be sure to complete the post-event survey and share feedback on all of the spaces we try. 11:15 a.m. - Networking 11:45 a.m. - Luncheon Meeting $55 Members/$80 Guests   This event is SOLD OUT! Please email Patty Trepp Drummond if you would like to be added to the waitlist.   Thank You to Our August Luncheon Sponsors
