We will begin with a light breakfast during a welcome and brief overview of our CREW organization. “Radical Self Care” from the YWCA’s Stand and Commit Series (Members Only)

Participants will engage in group discussions to explore the meaning of self-care, its role in supporting mental, physical, and emotional health, and how to integrate these practices into both personal and professional environments. Activities will outline highlights self-care as an essential practice for well-being and its connection to racial justice.  The session includes self-reflection exercises and encourages creating a supportive organizational environment that prioritizes self-care.
