CREW Charlotte April 2022 Luncheon – Inclusive Design: Designing for Everyone

Byron's 101 W. Worthington Street, Charlotte, United States

Diversity and inclusion are top of mind for many of us today, and the built environment plays a critical role in fostering greater inclusion, equity, and belonging. Join us for an interactive discussion with Jennifer Ellis Rosa, (joining us virtually), Gensler's Inclusive Design Champion for the Northeast, as we review the 8 goals of inclusive design and how to create equitable, engaging, and inspiring experiences for ALL people—including but not limited to accessibility.  Jennifer’s experience in design, client engagement, workplace strategy and project leadership, supports clients from a wide range of industries throughout the Northeast. She is the perfect complement of design and strategy and supports the firm’s inclusive design specialty across the northeast region. Her highly collaborative process engages the client team to better understand their specific culture, spatial requirements, and project vision. She develops real estate strategies, workplace programs, change management plans, layouts, and universal design strategies that are uniquely informed by client engagement, peer benchmarking, and research data. Jenn is known for her enthusiasm to understand each client and project, and her desire to qualify the impact of emerging trends.   Byron's 11:15 a.m. - Networking 11:45 a.m. - Luncheon Meeting $55 Members/$80 Guests     Thank You to Our April Luncheon Sponsors
