Thanks to a global pandemic, we have had 20+ months of adjusting to a “new” normal. 20+ months of thinking about and/or re-evaluating our lives. Take a deep breath. Hold. Now exhale. It’s been a lot. As we prepare for the new year ahead, what do you need to start, stop, or continue in order to show up differently in 2022? Let’s come together, think deeply, and talk openly about why we do and don’t allow our whole selves to show up in our personal and professional lives. And, while we’re at it, let’s encourage each other to learn something new about someone different from us in 2022. Self-care and growing our cultural competence, now that’s a great way to kick off a new year. Join us.
