DESCRIPTION:Safe Alliance is a Domestic Violence shelter in Charlotte that provides services to those seeking legal or protective care. Please see some information below on volunteering. \nKitchen Volunteer Shift:  Volunteers serve meals to shelter clients. Could involve food prep and light cleaning\, e.g. sanitize tables\, chairs\, coke machine\, wash dishes. If comfortable working with sharp objects\, volunteers may be asked to use a knife slicer\, blender\, etc. Wear closed toe shoes. 4 volunteers max at a time.
