DESCRIPTION:SHIFT DETAILS\n\n\nDATE / TIME\n4/25/2024 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM\n\n\nLOCATION\n7011 Estelle Smith Court\, Charlotte\, NC 28208\n\n\nGOOGLE\nGoogle Maps\n\n\nTASK\nVolunteers will measure\, cut\, & install the drywall throughout the interior of this newly constructed\, one-story house!\nAGE REQUIREMENT: 16+. 16 & 17 year old’s cannot use power tools or work at heights 6 feet & above\n\n\n# OF SPOTS RESERVED\n10\n\n\nAGE REQUIREMENT\nNo one under 16 is permitted on the work site. However\, certain tasks (namely roof work) require volunteers to  be 18 or older. If you are unsure about this shift’s age requirement\, please refer back to the shift listing or contact HFHCR Volunteer Services.\n\n\nWAIVER INFORMATION\nIf a volunteer registers him/herself for the shift via HFHCR’s online registration system\, he/she does not need to fill out a hardcopy of the Standard Release of Liability Form (it will have been read and electronically signed). However\, If a HFHCR staff member or a group leader registered on his/her behalf\, please have the volunteer fill out a waiver beforehand or upon arrival to site. ALL volunteers should sign the sign-in sheet to confirm attendance.\n16 & 17 YEAR OLD VOLUNTEERS: In addition to the aforementioned waiver\, which is read & electronically signed during the online registration system\, all 16 & 17 year olds must print the Release of Liability for Minors Form \nand have it completed by a parent/legal guardian. Closed-toed footwear (work boots or athletic sneakers only) is required. However\, due to occasional inclement weather and necessary adjustments to house schedules\, your group’s task is subject to change.
