The Associate position is responsible for underwriting, performing due diligence, funding, and closing acquisition and development opportunities for the company and transitioning those opportunities to the construction management and property management teams. In addition, associates manage future capital activities related to the portfolio, included refinancing, recapitalizing, and disposing of currently held assets.
