We’re a well-established, growing engineering, landscape architecture & land planning firm, with offices in downtown Winston-Salem & uptown Charlotte. We work hard to ensure that our projects are planned, designed & managed to meet not only our high expectations, but to exceed our clients’ goals as well. We are looking to add Civil Designers to our Engineering team in our Winston-Salem & Charlotte offices. Our Civil Designer’s primary role is to provide engineering designs for private land development projects under the direction & supervision of the project engineer.

 

What You Will Be Doing

You will design & engineer land development projects that include office & commercial sites, single-family & multi-family residential, hospitals, university & college campuses, industrial & business parks & major retail development sites. You will need to produce detailed engineering designs, review construction drawings & assist the engineer in managing the overall process to meet deadlines within budget constraints, procuring necessary permits & delegating appropriate responsibilities.
